Ran political campaigns in Pennsylvania (local state and federal offices). Wrote about politics for Philadelphia City Paper. Moved to Durham, NC, married the love of my life, Jenny, worked as an editor for Duke University, during which time the other love of my life joined us, our daughter Elizabeth. After retiring from Duke as soon as I could, in 2017, I began my favorite career, teaching high school to neurodivergent kids at a private school copulated, mostly by students with autism ADHD, psychological challenges, behavioral challenges, and sometimes all of the above. I blend in with this group with relentless joy
